Fundraising - Raffle Tickets
Fundraising plays an important role in supporting a nonprofit program like ours, helping ensure we can continue providing quality opportunities for players while managing increasing operational costs. As our program has grown, expenses such as additional gym space, tournament costs, and referee coverage have also increased. To help support these needs in a sustainable way, we are introducing a raffle ticket program for 2026, with proceeds helping to offset operational costs.
Each family is required to purchase $100 in raffle tickets at player evaluations/tryouts. Families may choose to keep the tickets or sell them.
For those who prefer not to participate in the raffle, there is an option to opt out by paying a $100 fee at the time of evaluations/tryouts.

Boys Evaluations: September 19th - 20th, 2026
Volunteer Requirments
Each family is required to complete approximately eight (8) volunteer hours per season, regardless of the number of players registered within the household.
Volunteer roles are limited to our two annual tournament weekends and are usually posted about two weeks beforehand. No other volunteer opportunities are offered outside those weekends.
- Boys Tiger Classic: December 5–6
- Girls Tiger Classic: February 6-7
Note: In previous years, families were required to complete two volunteer credits, with each credit representing approximately four hours of service. This equates to the current eight-hour volunteer requirement.
Volunteer Buyout Program
If you expect you cannot fulfill volunteer hours, you may opt to pay a $400 buyout during registration.
NEW: We are no longer collecting $400 prewritten checks for volunteer hours.
If volunteer hours are NOT fulfilled by the end of the season, a $400 fee will be charged to the payment method on file.
